Delivery Policy
How much does it cost?
BathroomsCheaper.co.uk delivery charges are related to the total weight of orders.. We have six tiers of shipping charges; Starting from our smaller products like taps and wastes being - £4.99. Our next five tiers are: £9.99, £14.99, £18.99, £24.99 and £39.99 respectively, relating to the total weight of your order.
This charge will be clearly shown on your order before you supply your billing information.
Our delivery charges include orders to UK mainland addresses only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and The Channel Islands & Eire. (Please email us for quote on deliveries to these locations)
Please sign correctly for your items!
Our items are always sent out in factory new condition. Unfortunately in rare cases goods delivered are sometimes damaged in transit. When your order arrives by courier, please check your order is in the correct condition. If it is not, when you sign the courier’s papers, Please mark the courier’s papers to say the goods have been delivered damaged. This will enable us to organise your replacement as fast as possible.
Our returns policy is only liable for damaged goods if you have signed for the items as damaged on delivery. Otherwise neither you nor BathroomsCheaper.co.uk can claim for damaged items from our couriers.
When will my order arrive?
Items ordered on any working day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 – 6 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), anytime up to 5.30pm.
The date of delivery specified by the Bathroomscheaper.co.uk is an estimate only. In rare cases items may take longer than the time specified. You are advised to not make any firm plans for the hiring or tradesmen or other actions which may incur costs until you have received and checked all your goods. We can not be held responsible, and can not make compensation, for any costs incurred by damaged or missing items.
Assistance with Deliveries
External courier companies are used to deliver our items. You must be aware that only one delivery driver usually mans courier vehicles, so for larger more bulky items suitable help may be needed. Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your home and will only deliver as close as possible.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If your order does not arrive when you expect it, please visit our customer service contact facility, detailing your order details that were given to you as your order was processed. We will contact our couriers and endeavour to contact you detailing the status of your order.
Returns Policy

If it is not, when you sign the courier’s papers, please sign the consignment note saying the goods have been delivered damaged. We will then need to be notified within 48hours after you have accepted the goods. Please note that if someone else other than yourself is accepting these goods that they are away of these terms.
Please note our returns policy is only liable for damaged goods if you have signed for the items as damaged on delivery. Otherwise neither yourselves nor BathroomsCheaper.co.uk can claim damaged goods from the courier company
7 Day no quibble Guarantee
7 day no quibble return procedure. All returns on items which are not faulty and have not been damaged must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us using the customer service contact page should you wish to return an item. Items must be sent in pristine condition and must include the packaging. The item must be in resalable condition. A refund will be issued, which will not be inclusive of the charge of returning the product back to BathroomsCheaper.co.uk. You can specify if you would like ourselves to arrange collection or for yourself to send direct.
Returns
If for any reason you need to return any of your items please consider and follow our guidelines below:
- Please visit our customer service contact page supplying details that were given as your order was processed.
- Please detail why you would like to return your item.
- Please specify whether you would like us or yourself to arrange the return procedure.
- Details of all goods collected will be given once the collection process is underway.
- Items sent by mistake must still be in original packaging and condition.
- We are not able to exchange or credit items that were sent incorrectly if we have not been notified within 7 days after you have accepted delivery.
