How much does it cost?
BathroomsCheaper.co.uk work on a weight related delivery charge method. We have six tiers of shipping charges, our first being our standard delivery charge of £4.99. Our next five tiers are £9.99, £14.99, £18.99, £24.99, £39.99 respectively, relating to the total weight of your order. This charge will be clearly shown on your order before you supply your billing information. Our delivery charges include orders to UK mainland addresses only, excluding Northern Ireland,The Channel Islands & Eire.
Please sign correctly for your items!
Our items are always sent out in factory new condition. Unfortunately in rare cases goods delivered are sometimes damaged in transit. When your order arrives by courier, please check your order is in the correct condition. If it is not, when you sign the couriers papers, please tick the box that says the goods have been delivered damaged. If it is not possible to check your goods before the couriers leave, when you sign the couriers papers please write the items were unchecked when delivered. This will enable us to organise your replacement as fast as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Items ordered on any working day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 – 6 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), anytime up to 5.30pm.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If your order does not arrive when you expect it, please visit our customer service contact facility, detailing your order details that were given to you as your order was processed. We will contact our couriers and endeavour to contact you detailing the status of your order.
Price Discrepancies
On extremely rare occasions our sales team may input the wrong price tag on an item as a result of human error. In the event of this happening we will issue our customer a full refund and the price will be remedied immediately.
