14 Day Returns Policy
Please sign correctly for your items!
Our items are always sent out in factory new condition. Unfortunately in rare cases goods delivered are sometimes damaged in transit. When your order arrives by courier, please check your order is in the correct condition. If it is not, when you sign the couriers papers, please tick the box that says the goods have been delivered damaged. If it is not possible to check your goods before the couriers leave, when you sign the couriers papers please write the items were unchecked when delivered. This will enable us to organise your replacement as fast as possible.
Returns
If for any reason you need to return any of your items please consider and follow our guidelines below:
- Please send an email to info@bathroomscheaper.co.uk detailing your order details that were given as your order was processed.
- Please detail why you would like to return your item.
- We accept returns of items that have been delivered to our customers by mistake or have been damaged whilst in transit.
- Items must be in original packaging and condition.
- We are able to exchange items that are damaged or incorrect only.
Our returns policy encompasses a 14 day guarantee meaning that if for any reason you have been delivered items that weren’t meant for you, or they are not what you originally agreed to purchase from us in any way, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Our policy also encompasses a 14 day guarantee for products which have been damaged whilst in transit. If for any reason the items you received from us are damaged when they arrive you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
