However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any extenuating losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
2. Price Discrepancies
On extremely rare occasions our sales team may input the wrong price tag on an item as a result of human error. In the event of this happening we will issue our customer a full refund and the price will be remedied immediately. BathroomsCheaper.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

All products may vary slightly from what is specified (e.g. Incorrect size, photo description). 5.Delivery Information and Charges

-Damage in transit:
If goods arrive damaged, you must make a clear note on the courier’s consignment note specifying the order has arrived damaged. You will need to inform us within 48 hours of accepting the delivery. Please make sure that if anyone else other than yourself is accepting your delivery, they adhere to this procedure.
- Shortages:
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Goods:
It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
6.Returns
7 day no quibble return procedure. All returns on items which are not faulty and have not been damaged must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us using the customer service contact page should you wish to return an item. Items must be sent in pristine condition and must include the packaging. The item must be in resalable condition. A refund will be issued, which will not be inclusive of the charge of returning the product back to BathroomsCheaper.co.uk. 7. Missing or damaged items
Accidents can occasionally happen and items can be damaged or misplaced. You are advised to not make any firm plans for the hiring of tradesmen or other actions which may incur costs until you have received and checked all your goods. We can not be held responsible, and can not make compensation, for any costs incurred by damaged or missing items.
